The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi is pleased to announce that the pilot project of Skype interviews for applicants submitting their short term Schengen visa application at the visa application centre in kathmandu operated by the VFS Global will start on August 1, 2019.

The applicants who will be requested by the Embassy to attend the Skype interview may either do so at the visa application centre in Kathmandu or may come to the Embassy. The fee for the Skype interview is €35.

Back in April this year, VFS Global started the Czech Republic Visa Application Centre in Kathmandu to better serve the residents of Nepal who wish to travel to the Czech Republic Since then, applicants do not have to travel to New Delhi, India, to submit their Czech Republic Schengen visa applications and documents.
