Phone Booking of Appointments for Submitting Long Term Visa, Residence Permit and Employee Card Applications for the Citizens of Bangladesh and Nepal

  2. The appointments for personal submitting of visa and residence permit applications at the embassy have to be booked in advance and it can only be done via the phone number

    The phone calls received on this phone line are recored.

  3. The rule one phone call = one applicant is to be applied. At the same time, there is anexception in case of minors who are going to apply together with their legal representatives as minors can be given an appointment in the phone call dedicated for booking an appointment of their legal representative.

  4. Phone calls received on this phone line will be ordered into a queue automatically in accordance with the sequence of calling the embassy.

  5. The embassy does not interfere with the sequence of received phone calls, nor the embassy changes or influences the queue of received phone calls. Any requests for prior phone calls can not be accepted. In case that the applicant is not able to submit his application personally on the provided date, he shall book a new appointment in the standard way.

  6. Applicants are to provide following data in the phone call:

  7. name and surname of the applicant,

  8. the type of residence permit the applicant wishes to apply for,

  9. contact details of the applicant (e-mail ID, contact phone number),

  10. number of travel document.

     

    For booking an appointment for the following month, the applicants shall call the embassy using the above specified phone number on the first Thursday in the month from 8:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. of the local time. After the capacity is reached, the phoneline will be automatically blocked and new appointment slots will be opened for the following month on the first Thurday of the month again. In case the first Thursday of the month shall be a holiday, the phone bookings will be moved to the next Thursday.
